What is free, what Professional adds, what nobody gets

Free, on every vessel page, for everyone
The vessel's name and identifiers, class and type, build year, documentation status, the date it was last inspected, the years its record spans, and the counts: how many inspections, how many deficiencies and how many of those have no recorded resolution, operational controls, tow-unit appearances, recorded names, casualty investigations. Those are facts, and they stay free, indexed and citable.
Professional
The lines behind each count, on every one of 112,435 vessel pages: each inspection with its date, unit and type; each deficiency with the resolution recorded against it; each operational control with the dates imposed and removed; the vessels inspected alongside it, by name and date; the names it was recorded under, with years; the casualty investigations it appears in; and the documentation record — dimensions, tonnage, builder, hailing port, endorsements, dates. Plus fleet watch on your account and the ownership record on request.
Nobody, at any price

What does not change

Maury publishes every US commercial vessel with a US Coast Guard inspection record, 112,435 hulls, with every inspection, deficiency, operational control and casualty recorded against each. The record runs from 1972 for barges and towing vessels and from 2016 for every other class; casualty investigations from 1991, through 23 August 2026. Recreational vessels are never published; hulls filed without a class, and hulls in the documentation file with no inspection record, are held and not published.

No score, no grade, no verdict, at any price. Your watchlist is never published, sold or counted into any figure that could show what you are watching. Maury holds your email address and nothing else about you, and one click deletes it. What Maury does not do.
