0735-(Personal Equipment-Fire Fighting)-Personal equipment shall consist of the following; protective clothing of the material to protect the skin from heat radiating from the fire and from burns. The protective layer on both fireman's outfits is peeling off and gone in the groin area and knees of the pants and in the armpits of the coat. This poses a risk to the safety of the fire fighters.
