1138- Liquefied Gasses in Bulk –Electrical installations should be such as to minimize the risk of fire and explosion from flammable products. While conducting a deck walk, PSCOs discovered 01 electrical light on deck was missing the proper plug where the cable feed through was not in use. The light had only the caplet glands in place. 1730- OWS equipment- The OCM shall record date, time, operating ststus and alarm status. Currently the OCM, indicates the OWS is operating when the bilge pump is activated to transfer from tank to tank.- MARPOL I/14, MEPC 107(49)
