Resolution: The Cooling Water connector to the Unit No 1 was opened and a small piece of gasket was found. As a preventative measure, all the Unit Connectors were checked,The Main engine was tested with satisfactory results.

Resolution: Received class report and vessel's invoice that they have purchased the fire detection sensor manufacturers recommended testing equipment and have changed the vessel's testing procedures to reflect the manufactures recommended testing procedures.
