On 21MAR16, Sector Delaware Bay received a report of a loss of the port anchor and chain from M/V Minerva Marina at Lat: 38 33.7N, Long: 074 41.3W. Port State Control contacted the Waterways Branch to confirm anchor loss location was outside navigable channel. PSC issued form B to vessel requesting class attend and submit report prior to movement.
