After any survey of the ship under regulations 7, 8, 9, or 10 has been completed, no change shall be made in the structural arrangements, machinery, equipment of other items covered by the survey. Vessel has ingress of approximately .5-.8MT sea water per day into the STBD diesel oil tank. Water emanates from a transverse crack in shell plating and buckled web frame.
