Crew presented loadline alteration book with 03 valid load line certificates. The alteration book issued by Liberia state that only load line in use shall be constrasting and certificates not in use shall be locked in master's safe. ICLL ANNEX I/8 40a

Provide corrective action plan within 3 months from company with concurrence from Adminisration to prevent future occurences.

Except where otherwise stated, the normal equipment of every lifeboat shall consist of: watertight receptacles containing a total of 3L of fresh water for each person the lifeboat is permitted to accomodate. PSCO observed starboard side lifeboat did not meet LSA requirement for 3L of water per person.

Resolution: Deficiency rectified on the spot. Crew ensured the adequate amount of water receptacles were placed in the lifeboats and filled to the proper level.
