On 15SEP22 Sector Jacksonville VDO received vessels ENOA that stated "Speed Log is inoperative." and subsequently issued LOD 034-22 (Inbound-Outbound) as the vessel stated they are not planning on fixing the inoperable device while in Jacksonville or until 21OCT22 as stated on their Class Report
