Propulsion machinery must be suitable in type and design for propulsion requirements of the hull in which it is installed and capable of operating at constant marine load under such requirments with exceeding its design limitations. While in operation vessel experianced inability to properly control 2 of 4 waterjets without switching into back up mode. Vsl must trouble shoot roote cause and complete sea trial upon retificaiton.
