PSCO NOTED CRACKED WELD ON GUARD RAIL STANCHION AND DEFORMED SUPPORT I-BEAM ON PORT SIDE OF MAIN ENGINE PLATFORM.

Resolution: Reviewed DNV-GL Survey Statement, 1271640, dated 21FEB19, indicating that the receptacle for waste replaced by metallic receptacles. Additional training for handling of garbage with particular focus on oily rags was carried out .
