THE INTERNATIONAL LOAD LINE CERTIFICATE SHALL NOT BE DELIVERED TO THE SHIP UNTIL THE OFFICER OR SURVEYOR ACTING UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 13 OF THE CONVENTION HAS CERTIFIED THAT THE MARKS ARE CORRECTLY AND PERMANENTLY INDICATED ON THE SHIP'S SIDES. PSCO OBSERVED VESSEL LOAD LINE DEPICTED THE FRESH WATER MARK, WHICH DID NOT MATCH THE VESSEL'S CERTIFICATE WHICH HAD BOTH SUMMER AND FRESH INDICATED. ICLL REG 9 40AC

THE ACTIVATION OF ANY DETECTOR SHALL INITIATE A VISUAL AND AUDIBLE FIRE DETECTION ALARM SIGNAL AT THE CONTROL PANEL AND INDICATING UNITS. ; SMOKE DETECTORS IN ENGINE CONTROL ROOM WERE NOT ACTIVATING ANY ALARMS IN FIRE DETECTION PANEL.
