PSCO OBSERVED EXCESSIVE FUEL/OIL ACCUMULATION UNDER MAIN ENGINE. OBSERVED APPROX. 204 INCHES OF OIL AND FUEL UNDER THE MAIN ENGINE, AND 1 INCH OF FUEL ON TOP OF MAIN ENGINE CYLINDER.
