PSCO observed delamination and crack of fiberglass hull on port stern body of life boat approximately 12 inches in length. Additionally, PSCO observed an approximately 4 inch by 3 inch gouge in fiberglass hull of rescue boat, port stern quarter. 74 SOLAS (14) III/20.3.1 (60 a/b/c)
