Additionally, electrical bonding on the pressure/vacuum relief valve piping (IVO bow safe access catwalk) is intermittent. Vessel is not currently carrying flammable cargo, but is authorized to per the CoF.

2120; Mixed garbage was found in various containers throughout the vessel. There are color coded posters that are in conflict with the G/P. The crew has failed to follow the garbage plan and it is believed that plastic was thrown overboard. In addition plastic covers are covering cleaning machines, radar systems and other items on deck. This plastic will start to fall apart and enter the sea.
