Vessel is certified to carry toxic cargoes. Fixed Gas Detection system panal in Cargo Control Room was seen w/improper installation w/potential of leaking toxic Gas into the space.

PSCO observed extension letter for liferafts, but it states if vessel calls to a convenient port have it serviced. vessel will be loading inport for approximately 3 days.

Pressure relief valves should be set and sealed by a competent authority acceptable to the administration. Seals on both safety valves are broken. Vessel not to conduct cargo operations with the starboard deck tank until deficiency rectified.
