Complete but simple instructions for the operation of the fixed CO2 systems must be onboard. The current instructions onboard are not correct because they do not allow for proper alarms/warnings for affected spaces prior to potential release of CO2. The vessel is to have updates instructions made and installed to replace the old instructions.
