Code:0720 Fire Fighting system and appliances shall be kept in good working order and readily avaialable for immediate use. PSCO observed 5 fire hoses in the engine room with visual defects. vessels crew connected all 5 hoses together on the port side main deck and connected to the fire main. when the main was charged all 5 hoses leaked through the liner.
