THE FREQUENCY OF THE TESTS AND INSPECTIONS REQUIRED BY THE SECTION MUST BE, FOR VESSELS, ANNUALLY. VESSEL HAS NOT HYDROSTATICALLY TESTED BUNKERING LINES SINCE DECEMBER 2017. VESSEL CANNOT BUNKER IN THE UNITED STATES.
