The construction of doors and door frames in "A" class division, with the means of securing them when closed, shall provide resistance to fire as well as to the passage of smoke and flame equivalent to that of bulkheads in which the doors are situated,this being determined in accordance with fire test procedures code. PSCO observed fire door to escape trunk in engine room did not self close. 74 SOLAS (2020)(a), II-2/9.4.1.1.2, Code 17

2120-Garbage- Every ship shall have a GMP which the crew shall follow. Vessel has approximately 200m3 of wood dunnage from previous cargo discharged at it’s LPOC. Vessel GMP states cargo dunnage to be discharged in port. PSCO verified that there is no current plan for it’s removal. MARPOL 73/78 Annex V/10.2
