1745-15 PPM Alarm Arrangements-OWS shall be provided with an alarm having regard to the specification recommended by the Organization. Vessel is fitted with MPEC.107(49) alarm. Oil record book Part I states vessel discharged using OWS on 01MAY2017, however, PSCO observed system indicating separator was off when system was running.
