0628-Stowage Of Liferafts-Each liferaft or group of liferafts shall be stowed with a float free arrangment complying with the requirments of paragraph 4.1.6 of the code so that each floats free and if inflatable, inflates automaticly when the ship sinks. One of the vessels two 15 person liferaft on the ship's port side was missing a weak link. 74 SOLAS(14)III/13.4.2 17ac
