PSCO's observed crew a noticeable air gap betwen the door frame and the bulkhead on crew laundry door on deck 1. Fire doors in stairway enclosures shall be self closing and fitted with a self closing hose port. FSD DB 05 (entrance door to the engine room) was incapable of self closing and had a hose port that was stuck open. SOLAS 74 (2014 CONS. ED.) II-2 Reg. 9/4.1.1.5 and Reg. 9/4.1.1.8
