Where "A" class divisions are penetrated, such penetrations shall be tested... Such penetrations shall be suitably insulated by extension of the insulation at the same level of the division. In steering gear room A60 forward bulkhead, a new wire has been installed, penetrating the insulation and not sealing the bulkhead.
