Resolution: 1 of the 2 portable meters on board was repaired by tech. The 2nd meter is scheduled to be repaired & meet the vsl in Jacksonville FL. Since the vsl is not operating as a chem ship at this time & only needs 1 meter, the deficiency has been cleared.
