On ships carrying flammable or toxic products, a water spray system for cooling fire prevention and crew protection should be installed to cover areas where essential control valves are situated.
The spray nozzles on cargo tanks #1 & #2 had debris in them and did not provide proper coverage.

Action required: 10 - Deficiency Rectified
Resolved 14 October 2021
Resolution: Crew removed all the fire mist heads cleaned and flushed lines and reinstalled. All sat.
