Doors required to be self closing shall not be fitted with holdback hooks. Several doors leading into the main galley, labeled self closing IAW Fire Control Plan were found with holdback devices. Vessel is to remove all devices and submit a written statement from the Captain to the Coast Guard within 7 days that the devices have been removed.
