Oil Filtering Equipment referred to in paragraph 2 of this regulation shall comply with paragraph 6 of this regulation. In addition, it shall be provided with alarm arrangements to ensure that any discharge of oily mixtures is automatically stopped when the oil content of the effluent exceeds 15 ppm. In considering the design of the equipment and approvals, the Administration shall have regard to the specification recommended by the organization.

The normal equipment of every lifeboat shall consist of: A food ration...totalling not less than 10,000 kj for each person the lifeboat is permitted to accommodate; these rations shall be kept in airtight packaging. PSCO observed food ration to have broken airtight seal. Replace prior to departure.
