Fire and Gas detection system panel located along the back wall of the control room was observed inoperable. The system monitors the flash gass compressors located in the northeast quadrant of the facility. The system is emergency equipment that must be maintained and serviceable per manufacturer's requirements. Provide documentation that the sustem is operational and serviceable per manufacturer's requirements.
