07109- Fire Safety-Deep-fat cooking installed in an enclosed space shall be fitted with an automaticor manual extinguishing system. PSCO noted there was no fixed fire extinguishing system over the deep-fat fryers in the galley. SOLAS 74 (2014) II-2/10.6.4.1
