Vessel must remain at Buckeye Albany until Class report attest to repairs and casual analysis is found satisfactory by USCG. 74SOLAS20 Reg 1/11

PILOTS REPORTED TO DUTY PSCO THE SHIP HAD LOST PROPULSION WHILE HEADING OUT BOUND FROM PORT RICHMOND. VESSEL MUST REMAIN AT KPA UNTIL CLASS REPORT ATTESTING TO REPAIRS AND CAUSAL ANALYSIS IS FOUND SATISFACTORY BY USCG.
