Resolution: Gel-coats were applied in situ by rope access team.
Every L/B shall be so arranged that an adequate view from forward, aft, and to both sides is provided from the control adn steering position for safe launching and manuevering. Lifeboat #5 was found with clousy windows facing forward from coxswain's seat. [LSA IV / 4.4.7.12]

Resolution: Windows had to be ordered from OEM and installed, extension was granted. Windows installed, pictures sent, Master confirmed adequate installation on 20 July 2016.
