Oil filtering equipment referred to in paragraph 6 of this regulation. PSCO observed the vessel's OWS had three valves installed on the sampling line between the OWS and the OCM. The approved line diagram showed only two valveson this line. Vessel's crew appropriately opened all valves while demonstrating operation of the system. MARPOL I/14.7
