The shutoff valve at the tank must be manually operable from outside the compartment in which the valve is located. The vessel's fuel shutoff valve broke during testing. Fix valve and notify local OCMI.

Once approved, install the new launching system and demonstrate deployment of the rescue boat to attending USCG marine inspector. Vessel is restricted to a lakes, bays, and sounds route until rectified.
