02134-Structural Condition-The condition of the ship and it's equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons on board. PSCO observed boiler water high pressure switch had water intrusion and hardware wasted from internal water leak in switch. Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted class report from class society NIPPON KAIJI KYOKAI stating the deficiency was rectified. The damaged/malfunctioning pressure switch has been renewed - tested and found satisfactory.
