Each survival craft shall be stowed in continuous readiness so that two crewmembers can carry out preperations for embarkation and launching in less than five minutes, providing easy side to side transfer at a single open deck. Crew took multiple attempts to transfer liferaft from port to starboard side. Open deck to transfer liferaft had obstruction crews needed to step over. SOLAS 2020 Ch. III Reg. 31.1.1, Reg. 13.13

Precautions shall be taken to prevent any oil that may escapte under pressure from any pump, filter, or heter from coming in contact with heated surfaces. PSCO observed all fuel oil sight glasses on main engine fuel injectors were cracked and two were actively leaking oil. SOLAS 2020 II-2 Reg. 4.2.2.6.2

Resolution: Corrected on the spot by vessel crew, Classification society verified all six M/E Fuel injectors small fuel oil sight glasses renewal as well their tightness checking all works successfully finished, noted in class report.
