SPECIAL CONSIDERATION SHALL BE GIVEN TO DESIGN AND LOCATION OF SCRUBBER AND BLOWERS WITH RELEVANT PIPING AND FITTINGS IN ORDER TO PREVENT FLUE GAS LEAKAGES. While transiting the lower mississippi river, the vessel reported a reduction in main propulsion due to a cylinder going down. Deficiency cleared via class report attesting to the satisfactory repair of cylinder no. 6.
