Received report from vessel pilot that, while transiting outbound, the vessel needed to reduce speed to minimum ahead and then anchor due to an undiagnosed issue with the main engine cooling. Provide classification society report identifying cause and repair of engine issue.

Where "B" class divisions are penetrated for the purpose of electric cables... arrangements shall be made to ensure that the fire resistance is not impared. The PSCE noticed a drilled hole through the class "B" boundary outside the recreation room on poopdeck.
