the rocket parachute flare shall be contained in a water resistant casing and have brief instructions or diagrams clearly illustrating the use of the rocket parachute flares on its casing. Found 12 rocket parachute flairs to be stored in soft duffle bag & ziplock plastic bag.

The ring, lines, and letters shall be painted in white or yellow on a dark ground, or in black on a light ground. Vessels starboard loadline marks were found to be rusted & without paint. Annual survey was conducted by DNV-GL on 16AUG2020.
