Resolution: PSCO noted that the inoperable ECDIS was fully operational. Received a service report from Wartsila and class survey BV stating technician replaced all non-functioning equipment.
After survey, no change shall be made in the structure, equipment, system, fitting, arrangements or material covered by the Survey. The PSCO observed modifications to the OWS including installation of a valve and coverplate over funnel. MARPOL 73/78/ ANNEX I/6.4.2
