Four explosion proof lights were found on the cargo deck with loose wiring. Three of the lights had loose packing glands on the light fixtures. One light had a packing gland that was disconnected. Instead, the light and cabling was held together by blue electrical tape. 06199 - Each vessel vapor connection flange face must have a permeant stud projecting outward 1" long. It must be located at the top of the flange face, midway between bolt holes, and in line with the bolt hole pattern.
