PSCO OBSERVED A LEAK OF WATER FROM THE STEERING GEAR RUDDER POST AT APPROXIMATELY 1 DRIP PER SECOND. VESSEL PROVIDED DOCUMENTATION ATTESTING TO ISSUE IN NOVEMBER 2022, CORRECTED AT DRYDOCK IN DECEMBER. THE LEAK WAS THEN NOTED BY THE CREW AND REPORTED TO COMPANY IN MARCH 2023. CREW TIGHTENED THE BOLTS AT CONNECTION OF RUDDER STOCK, DRIPPING NO LONGER OBSERVED. 74SOLAS(20) I/11
