P/S lifeboat supplied air relief valve not correctly set and not holding pressure. STBD lifeboat air regulating valve not properly set according to manufacture instructions. PSCO unable to verify accuracy of 10 minute air supply as adjusted by crew. SOLAS 74 a (2014 Cons) III/20.2 16a

Resolved 7 September 2018
Resolution: Received, reviewed and accepted class report from LR stating the deficiency was rectified. Relief valve correctly set and holding pressure, air regulating valve set to .6 to .8 MPA as per manufacturer w/instructions posted.
