Paints, coating, or other flammable or combustible products on-board a towing vessel must be stored in a...cabinet when not in use, if a dedicated storage cabinet is provided it must be secured to the vessel so that it does not move. The UL Flammable Locker was not secured to the vessel. Secure the cabinet to the vessel to the satisfaction of an attending Marine Inspector.
