Before the ship leaves port and at all times during the voyage all life-saving appliances shall be in working order and ready for immediate use. PSCO observed two immersion suits in the forward remote work station in unserviceable condition. 74 SOLAS (20) III/20.12

Resolution: Class preliminary report received, states that broken and non-functioning lights were removed from the indicators and replaced in kind. Fire alarm tested in presence of class surveyor, All indicators were verified to be operating correctly.
