In all cases this requirement shall be complied with at least once every three months. Vessel's crew has not launched the vessel's rescue boat since July, over a month beyond the rescue boat's scheduled inspection. 14SOLAS CH. III/19.3.3.6 17ABC

Vessel does not have appropriate means of equipment producing hot air at appropriate temperature to which the detector is designed to respond.
