14122-Each transfer pipe system used for the transfer of ouil or liquid hazardous material to orofrom a vessel with the capacity of 250 barrels or more must not leak under static liquid pressure at least 1.5 times the maximum allowable working pressure annually. PSCO observed that the vessel had not conducted annual hydrostatic testing of the bunkering lines. Require test prior to bunkering in the next US Port.
