The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of regulation. #3 cargo pump tachometer and emergency trip indicator located in the the CCR did not give PIC accurate representation of #3 cargo pump during emergency shutdown test. Deficiency Rectified on the spot.
