0720 Fire protection systems and fire fighting systems and appliances shall be maintained ready for use. PSCO discovered a CO2 actuation line disconnected. If the system were activated, CO2 would be discharged into the CO2 room and the Engine Room would be left unprotected.

The condition of the ship and it's equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present convention to ensure that the ship in all respects will remain fit to proceed to sea without presenting an unreasonable threat or harm to the enviroment. On 09Mar18, from 0953-1207, the vessel discharged 15m3 of bilge water through the OWS. A discharge of this quantity in this time averages to 6.72m3/hour. The IOPP Form B states OWS capacity of 5m3/hour
