Excessive oil was pooled on the deck between the L.S. service tank and M.G.O service tank with oil soaked rags and a bucket partially filled with oil. The drip pans to the M/E near the aft and the fuel oil pump were partially filled with oil. Pooled oil was accumulated in the forward and aft bilges and on the deck near the No. 2 lube oil pump, around the deck of the main engine.

PSCO observed leaks on the seawater pump No. 1, temporary repairs on a water cooling line located on the second deck near the hot water tank and on the inlet and outlet pipes to the freshwater pump located on the lower deck of the engine room near the forward escape.

An external audit conducted by the Flag or Recognized Organization is recommended within 30 days to determine if this ship is operating IAW the ISM Code. Provide copy of completed audit report to USCG prior to departure from port.
