A pin-hole leak was discovered on a hot water supply line in the vicinity of an electrical panel located in the C-deck cable trunk space. A broken washing machine in the crew laundry space was used as a waste recepticle for plastics. This is inconsistent with the garbage management plan for storing plastics.
