IN TANKERS, ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT, CABLE AND WIRING SHALL NOT BE INSTALLED IN HAZARDOUS LOCATIONS UNLESS IT CONFORMS WITH STANDARDS NOT INFERIOR TO THOSE ACCEPTABLE TO THE ORGANIZATION. MULTIPLE EX LIGHTS BENEATH THE CATWALK WERE FOUND IN NEED OF MAINTENANCE. ONE LIGHT WAS REQUIRED TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE OF BROKEN GASKET. CLASS SHALL VERIFY THAT ALL LIGHT ARE APPROPRIATELY MAINTAINED AND ADEQUATE FOR CONTINUED SAFE USE. 74SOLAS(20)II-1/45.11
